Alright, I'm at day 4 after having a synthetic disc put in at C 4-5 and fusion at 5-6. Other than pain, lack of sleep, and difficulty swallowing, I can't tell much difference. I do have much better strength in my rt. bicep and diminishing nubmness in my thumb.
Can't wait for a few days when things will start to level out...
