I guess it's a good thing I'm starting now.

I despise trainers, though I spent 30 minutes on mine today and another 90 minutes tomorrow.
If that was all you could take physically, I might call you a pussy if I wasn't so out of shape myself.Quote:

Funny thing you should mention that. I spent 30 minutes banging the ol' lady last night and that's about all I could take. Must be getting old, I guess.
hmmmm.... perhaps you should spend some time on a trainer then.Quote:

Check out the Spinnervals series of videos/DVDs. They are great workouts and will definitely help cure the boredom of the Tour de Basement.

Hmmm you guys are scaring me. That and I went to the doc the other day and weighed the most I ever have in my life...ugh. Freaking desk jawb! Might have to take a spin on the trainer tonight and hope I don't lose a lung between being out of shape and been mostly sick for the past 2 months...
I can relate to that, Josh.
Reality Sucks!
AS a result of this thread I decided to jump on the rollers last night for a 30 minute jaunt. 10 minutes in and I was soaked in sweat. 20 minutes in I stopped to drink a classico spag. jar full of water (they make good drink containers). At 30 minutes the rollers got put away into the empty room so I would not ahve to look at them. At least I KNOW I have to do more exercise. A very depressing state of affairs.
Still haven't gotten on the trainer since that post...heh. Oops. But at least I've skied a day or two :) And yes Pat, reality sucks!
