I'm looking for a GC to do a walk thru on a partially completed residential property near Lake Elmore, VT. The home needs HVAC, plumbing and various other work for completion. Looking for someone that can assess quality of workmanship of the existing structure (built in 2010) and estimate how much to complete the home.
