The resolution on this map sucks, but I figure folks familiar with the terrain will know what I'm talking about.
On my trips to Alta I always enjoy hitting this line at least a couple of times off the Sugarloaf Quad(conditions permitting of course). I was wondering what the cliffs @ #1 were called(30' to 40') and what is the shot through the cliffs @#2 that is only straightline-able( maybe 6' to 8' wide at the choke and steep(50-55deg?) at the top. Is this called the batcave?

To answer your question, yes, I think #2 is the batcave. No idea about the cliffs in 1 though. But yeah, they are big.

2 is pointing at the cliffs above Cecret Lake. From the description it sounds like you're really talking about Bat Caves which are a little further down. The upper Bat Caves line at its widest is only like 8-12 ft wide and the entry varies from about 2 to 5 feet depending on the snow depth. Do a search and you'll come up with some pics of the bat caves.
Those cliffs above cecret lake have some cool lines. I recall a 20-25 footer to face plant by CS at last years mini. Fortunately the landing was soft.
