Hi there,
Anybody planning to be in Las Lenas sometimes between mid/end August and mid September? Would like to spend a week or 2 skiing there, but none of my buddies want to come along.
Am a good skier, like to go steep n deep, colouirs, etc. All backcountry of course. Usually ski the European Alps.
Would be great if I could hook up with somebody.

I'm studying abroad in Argentina starting in September and I'm looking at getting down to Las Lenas for the last couple weeks of August for some skiing. I'm flying down there anyways so I might as well make the most of it. I'm a capable splitboarder riding in the WA cascades... I can speak a little spanish as well.
Let me know if you are interested.. it'd be nice to know I have a riding partner locked up before I get down there.
Hi, I also dont have a ski partner this summer - and I'm interested in going to Las Lenas in August. I'm a good skiier but not that much experience back country and off-piste. 44yrs old.. male. Are you on facebook?
Hi, sorry for the delay in reply. Still haven't booked anything from Europe to Argentina, as flights work out superexpensive and the snow situation wasn't looking so good so far. Are you guys still thinking of heading there?

Hey - I'll also be there for last 2 weeks in august - my buddy is on the fence. If he bails I'll def be looking for a bc partner and someone to bum around with. Anyone game?

Hi, will anybody still be there towards the beginning of September? Snow situation seems to look much better now. Any tips on cheap accommodation?
sorry, one last question.. I read that this season in Las Lenas they have "clamped down" on freeriding and backcountry skiing? Can anyone confirm if that is true?
Just booked a flight to buenos aires 9/13 - 9/22 with the sole goal of getting up to Las Lenas. You setup dates yet? Flights are cheap right now if you can use award points!

I would be flying in from Europe and unfortunately flights aren't cheap at all and I can't use any points.
I may have to leave until next year... shame...
