There will be a room for rent at the end of April. Place is 3 bedrooms, 1 1/2 bath, and 2 car garage with tons of tools and storage. We're asking $350 per month, plus a $300 deposit. Utilities come out to about $80pp a month in the winter and $60pp a month in the summer. You pay actual utilities split between 3 of us. This includes gas, electric, cable/high speed internet.
