I have considered sending in letters, but by the time my copy arrives, the next one is usually at the newsstands.

Did you draw some fancy envelope art? I seem to recall bossass making a request for some awhile back - he practically guaranteed that it (the art) would get published and you'd get a shirt.

You all have all weekend to submit something before the gates close for the entire season. Write something good to the email address. It will probably get published if it's good.
