Never warrantied skis before... but I'm hitting a lot of rocks during the early season (about 6 days so far), and curious:
Do ski manufacturers give free warranty replacements if you blow out an edge, rip off a binding, tear huge chunks out of the base, etc., during the warranty period ?
Just wondering if they're really generous during that first year. If so, then I won't be as worried about hitting stuff.

Crash is right, but in some cases it depends on what kind of spin you can put on your complaint and maybe, just maybe, you can convince them to hook up a replacememnt. It all depends on the damage and who you deal with.

I hadn't realized JONGs had a warranty.
Who knew...
In short:
If you blow out an edge - Good luck
Rip off a binding - Send them in for warranty
Tear huge chunks out of the base - Not a chance in hell
etc. - I dunno. Never tried this excuse.
