and even if delta files bankruptcy their not going anywhere. The feds bail out airlines that file bankruptcy. Airlines do it all the time.

Jesus, Delta used to be king of the tarmac, and now they're doing this. Fine with me... puts my FF total over 100K.
looks like the offer has ended now, scored 10,000 for my g/f as well just before it ended!
Just to let everyone know who might have any doubts if the offer was legit. I almost started to think it was not legit after i had done the promotion because of a couple of issues i saw.
The first issue i saw on the page was that the actual address is an ip address and not delta.com. When you try and hit the ip address without the rest of the address nothing loads.
The 2nd issue is the server that has this ip address is in California and delta.com is hosted in Virginia.
So after seeing all of that was a little concerned so i called Delta Directly and they confirmed it was a real promotion!
It's done.... For those who didnt get in, it says it will be offered again soon.
