Vouching ?

Out of curiosity, what seems to be the general consensus about vouching for a new member/jong? Is it taken on your word and upstanding status as a solid mag..or is on you like KGB in Rounders?


Does having a successful transaction with a mag in gear swap qualify?
How about someone you know personally and has the "stuff" to be a solid mag but hasn't jumped on board yet?

Generally, the higher the post count, the more weight the vouch carries.

vouching for friends is ok, but I would much rather hookup a member who has posted some stoke. even if the post count is low, contribute something and hang out. don't just join to buy something in gear swap.
