Just throwing out an early line to anyone who might have some ideas/inside deals etc. for lodging on the 4th and 5th of February. I've heard that Sandy has relatively cheap digs and is close to the action so I guess I'll start looking around there, but if anyone has inside lines or wants to play host we can more than pay back in the form of booze, general good will and various acts of kitchen cleaning.

Also, we'll be looking to hit some nearby slopes on Saturday the 5th so we'll be putting out feelers for tour guides as the date approaches.

Thanks and looking forward to reaping some of this fabled Utah pow.

Don't think anyone has taken up on this deal yet, but the Country Inn and Suites (mini Emabassty Suites) is around 140-150 a night. Sounds steep until you toss in two lift tix to ANY of the four Cottonwood resorts (your choice). Nice place..hot tub,free booze happy hour. Shuttle to UTA. Good local.

If we get outa our crackerbox by then, I'll have plenty of floor space. But, non-employment for five months has tossed a wrench in that. Be more than happy to play tour guide on days off!! That is, tour guide for the pansy stuff..

Why do peeps keep wanting to come here? :eek: I think we've been giving the wrong impression. Do a search--This place sucks! Brigham Young even said it as he came to the valley: This is the place....that sucks.

Oh well, if you have to learn things the hard way, I'll look for you in Feb, Gin.
