What a difference a week makes

Steamboat this time last week (Opening day: 10" base):

Steamboat the mountain+Steamboat Springs the town+the surrounding bc and Buff Pass=the shit. IMHO, one of the coolest places in Colorado. After skiing resorts all over the state, Steamboat is the only town I could stand to live in. That mountain has the ability to make the smallest storms puke feet of snow. Awesome.

I'm sure your narrow minded ass has seen the whole state. But yes, Steamboat is cool.

Just going to agree with the rest of you. It was the first place I skied "out west" and is still my favorite. Still dreaming of spending a season there in a couple years. I have my fingers crossed

Look at those trees, that's a lot of puke!!

I've had some of my best powder days there!!
