It's warm and wet right now at Crystal. It looks like the keep pushing back the timing on the shift and still have no confidence down the road. I give 50/50 on a ski area opening next Saturday. Anyone have any bets? At least most (if not all) our facets on the ground are now good and dead. I wrote more here:

I would place a signifigant bet that Bridger Bowl will get hammered by this pattern! I kinda wish we were getting your warm up first though, getting worried about the junk on the ground here now. Please not another year of tip toeing around for most of the season!

At crystal it's bare ground to 5500'. But Wednesday looks decent, and we could pick up a few more Thurs-Fri. Although some post-frontal drying might really taper the snowfall. Not confident enough for $10, but I have $5 on a desperation Saturday opening.

La Nina is kicking the shit out of us and it is awesome! Sick early season skiing for us all week in the Bridgers, an actual storm cycle! Now for the cold part of the equation.
Tomorrow is going to be good in the NW. 4% snow across the board. 12-18"+ and still coming down. Really sluffy today, we'll see how slabby it is tomorrow. Supposed to be Bluebird. Before the snow came in:
