Well at 1 a.m. on Maui's north shore I could hear Peahi pounding. After voting and driving to work I saw Maliko breaking at about 15' or so, Ho'kipa closing out. Light wind.
Supposed to build, so California can't be far behind for some size.

Surf along north facing shores will rise to 25 to 35 feet today, then lower to 20 to 28 feet on Wednesday.
Surf along west facing shores will rise to 12 to 18 feet today, then lower to 10 to 15 feet on Wednesday.
Surf along east facing shores will be 2 to 4 feet today through Wednesday, except locally 8 to 12 feet for areas exposed to the north.
Surf along south facing shores will be 1 to 3 feet today through Wednesday.
Outlook through Monday Nov 8: the current north northwest swell will gradually lower Thursday and Friday. A new north northwest swell is expected to arrive on Sunday, possibly reaching advisory levels Sunday night and Monday. Strengthening trade winds later in the week will cause an increase in short period surf along east facing shores.

Nelscott went down today. 21' at 18 seconds had faces at 30-40' around 11 a.m. today.
Sitka had 40 foot swell on the outside yesterday... and thunderstorms...
