Room for Rent in SLC - Available December 1

Room available starting December 1 in my house in the East Millcreek area, just south of Sugarhouse. Close to I-80, I-215, 10 minutes to the University, 5 minutes to Westminster, 10 minutes to downtown, 20 minutes to BCC/LCC. I am a graduate student, my work hours are flexible, spend numerous mornings skiing before work, cycling, etc. Have had other like-minded individuals living in the house in the past and things have worked out great. Private room, shared shower, roomy kitchen, living room, fenced in back yard with large deck, etc. PM for more details, pictures, or to ask questions. Longer term preferred, but willing to make accommodations for the right individual.

I am back in town from moab and am looking for a place. I just got a full time job and will be busy working/ skiing/ and climbing most of the time. Long term is not an issue for me right now, if it works out.
