PHP Programmer Needed

I'm looking for a PHP programmer to help button-up a project I'm working on. It's gone beyond my current skills and I need help.

Involves writing and modifying API's, and some customization of open source code. Should be fairly straight forward and not too labor intensive.

This is strictly an equity opportunity for someone. It's a start-up I've been working on/bootstrapping for the last couple of years. If it helps any... it's about helping the small outdoor industry retailer/manufacturer compete with the big boys by leveraging true word-of-mouth marketing in a way that rewards their customers and in-turn provides a cost-effective alternative to expensive PPC marketing channels.
