Controller
Full Time Year Round position with benefit package.
The Controller is responsible for all the financial and accounting functions of the company. Responsibilities include managing a small staff, preparing financial reports, preparing departmental budgets, and maintaining cash controls. The Controller ensures that the company has the systems and procedures in place to support the financial success of the company. In addition this position will partner with senior leadership to enhance and better integrate Finance, HR and IT functions. Five to Seven years progressive experience in accounting, audits and finance required. Additionally a Bachelor Degree or Master’s in field is required. C.P.A preferred but not required. Terrain Park Supervisor
Seasonal Position (December to April)
The Terrain Park Supervisor is responsible for Terrain Park operations during the winter operating season. Responsibilities include supervision of staff in accordance with company’s policies and procedures, monitoring work to ensure appropriate maintenance of features, contributing to park layout, assisting in construction of features and providing guest education and etiquette. This position is a “hands on” role and performs the same duties as staff. Four to five years of terrain park operations and supervisorial experience required. Expert skiing/riding skill preferred.
