Look/Rossi Ramp Angle
My Rossi green springs (thanks mntlion) came with 4mm lifters. Will mounting the bindings with the lifter under the heel only, screw anything up with regards to releasing? I want more forward lean similar to how Solly has the 912ti setup (small lifter under the heel and with the toe mounted flat).

I think most traditional bindings have a slight ramp to them, hence why people complain about the freerides feeling weird. I dont think 4mm is enough to make a difference, the binding release sensitivity is not really high, if you take a look at the Vermont Ski Safety binding checker you'll see the precision is within a few lb-ft in either direction for a given DIN. Adding a few ml under the heel wont put enough force on the underside of the toe to cause improper release.

They tend to have a fair bit of ramp angle already. On a hunch I hope you're not using that to correct a tendancy to sit back because that will likely make it worse not better. Trust me on that, or inquire further, your choice.
