Replacement buckle part for Tecnica Icons

I've retired these boots but lost the piece to that the buckle grips to....they are the early crappy buckles of the Icon Carbon. Just would like to have these good to go if someone needs to borrow boots.

Anyone know how to get one the silver-buckle-catch in the photo?
