Just got an email from the boss about my six month performance review. I don't think I'll spend time on this one. :(

edit: "Well, you spend 4 hours a day on various skiing forums, how do you feel about this? Does this interfere with your work?"

With my company, no way. We have one computer dude and he could care less. He has shown me some very NSFW content he gets from friends. I have seen my boss look at the screen a few times while Im on the BB. I think she now notices the colors. But I see her on 2 forums too, but one is work related. I may be able to agrue that one with pulling lies out my ass.

Bottom line, not a problem. THe most I would get is that "you need to do that at lunch or on your own time". Most is at lunch, but since the snow over the last few days, I have been here a lot. But can they really see, its only a 40 person company and I have TGR and Powmag on all day in the background. How would they know how much I post?
