Not that it's a great loss. But there was a lot of people over there (some who hang here) who seemed to waste a lot of their work hours talking about fun stuff. RIP, and blow me, ASC.

WTF?
I began skiing in 2000 and started going to K-mart iin '01. This was about the same time I found K chat. As I was not into the on-line thing, this was all new to me and I felt like I had found my home. Since then skiing has invaded my soul and mind. That board then led me to Powder and now here (not to mention several others). These places are what get me through the long months when I'm not skiing and even when I am . For whatever reason my first stop was always K. It never mattered what time of year or why I was on-line. I Never posted very much anywhere ( lurking). the first thing I posted was a footbed question on K. I was given good, helpful, friendly advice. I went to Basin ski and that worked out very well. Since then I have been to SLC, Sun Valley, and this year it will be Aspen and I was still able to hit K each year. I learned to ski at Killington. Okay so I am a little drunk, and the montain is still there, but it just sucks to see the site go. As it has been here for me from the begining. :frown:
FUCK ASC :FIREdevil
didn't catch that link. I should have said this there
Here is the link to Not the K-Chat. Come on over...it's still the same craziness!
