by spreader bar do you mean the metal bar on the harness in the picture? if that is what you mean, yes that is included.

is there any diff between a windsurfing harness and a kitesurfing harness? that looks just like a windsurfing harness..
Yes, most windsurfing harnesses have a big, fat "I RIDE POLE" written across the back. Besides that, they are very similar.Quote:
