I just heard that SRAM has completed the purchase of Tru Vativ. They now have the best shifters and drivetrain parts, Avid disc brakes, great cranks bars and stems and a fork line. This should put them in the position to blow Shitmano out of the water once and for all. :D

Good hubs, well I bet they just go out and buy a good wheel company.
Remember as hot as the road market seems to be right now it's still less than 20% of the overall market. So if they concentrate on the parts that they're good at and let the other guys duke it out over a small piece of the pie they'll probably come out looking stronger at the end of the day. I think that SRAM still has some great road parts tucked away with some of the other goodies that came with the Sachs purchase a few years ago so who knows, maybe we'll see some of that make it into their big plan now.
