You guys heard anything about TechTalk?

I use one. I like it. I would do a few moddys though but all and all great fit and good sevice. They took it back no questions and fixed it. Pit zips are essential and get as meny pockets as possible. I got the hood too, super gay but warm and useful.

Only thing I would change is the shoulder construction. One seam too many up there but I can live with it.

Encourage the little guyz doing something different ...

I asked for a biker fit and extra long arms. Good for touring.

Thanks for the heads up. Looks nice, but price is not god with options. looking at a mountain hardware alchemy jacket for about $200. These jackets cost the same when youe add pockets, and pit vents.

Pretty cool stuff, I love the soft shell jacket, if I had $200 to kill I think id take it there.

The problem is I'm a lanky fack, so the other jackets all have arms that are too short in large, and when I go up to XL the arms fit but the rest is huuge. Tried the Mountain hardware, marmot, and REI jackets so far.

Good guys, they get a lot of write-up in the buisness section our local paper (there base is here in Eugene) they are growing like mad. He won some national better buisness award.

That is really cool...think I may join the soft shell revolution.

Question: anyone know the diff. betw. Schoeller dryskin extreme and schoeller WB-400 fabrics? Schoeller's website didn't help much.

I have one of their fleece jackets. I wore it every day and it's a great piece of gear. Having a custom fit actually makes the jacket warmer; less air escapes. It's a big difference.

They were a bit disorganized with my order, but were always very courteous and worked hard to make things right.

Frankly, I can't see why anyone would pay the same money for something off the rack that's made in a sweatshop in China or Malaysia. Keep Americans employed and get a custom fit...what's not to like?
