Is Diamond Fork Road Open to the Hot Springs?

Visiting Utah from Vermont and want to head to the Diamond Fork Hot Springs. Anyone know if the road is open? Thanks!

Not why this in Ski Snowboard forum. Perhaps you water ski in hot springs. Maybe on Pontoons?
