Been a lurker here for a while.
I have booked a Heli trip with Coast Range Heli out of Whistler from the 24th to 29th. I get to pick the 3/4 best days and will ride Whistler Mtn the rest.
Anyone have an idea of what the pattern will like around then? I know the next week it is dry and warm.
How are overall conditions? Should I postpone and make plans to travel elsewhere?

If it stays like its been here the past few days, it'll be nice spring skiing
if the high pressure system degrades in a week when they're predicting it will, it will likely be cloudy and still warm and probably wet down low and tolerable above
Unfortunately there doesnt look like there's going to be any significant snow in the forecast for those dates. Plus it's been pretty dry up here for over a week now with unusual warm inversion layer up high. You most likely be encountering spring or hardpack conditions unless Coast Heli has some terrain that is dramatically different from the resort area. So my best guess would say to postpone till the following week when it looks like the weather pattern is going to return to more normal wintery conditions.
Doubt you'll be reading this now but there's still decent skiing up high. A heli can access N facing slopes and get you to goods. You'll be unlikely to be able to access steep terrain but the CRH guides can get you on to glaciers with gorgeous views and decent snow
Thanks for all your input. My crew decided to postpone the trip. We lost out on the lodging $1k each but got money back for heli and a credit for the flight.
We are hoping to do the trip later this year or worst case, do it Jan next year.

If you are in the kind of financial shape to even entertain burning $1k, then no, stay away. You made the right choice. It's that bad right now IMO.
Better to be out the $1k than the $5k+ on the whole trip when it sucks.
This is as bad as I can remember seeing it at this time of year in Whistler, but I have faith Feb + Mar will turn around. Oh sweet jeezus pleeeeeese let it snow.
