my wife came back from a tour this weekend with this shot on the camera

Wrong: Someone set an uptrack through a wind-loaded starting zone when they could have gone up the ridge instead?

who cares, the left side of the ridge is overexposed, and they didn't use the rule of thirds.

I never felt comfortable exposing myself in public.

Sure, no rule of thirds, but I like the dynamics of a skin track heading to the upper right with a threatening cornice waiting to descend to the lower right. The rule of thirds is so Ansel Adams.

It has a BigLines tag in the bottom right of the picture :fm:
