Dislocated Rib?

Anybody ever dislocate a rib while boating? I did Tuesday night...it really really hurts. Jacked my back up hardcore. I'm just now getting normal functions back. It sucked cause I wasn't even doing anything cool, just took a normal stroke and my back just started screaming. Totally sucks. Ruined my trip to Numbers/Browns/Salida this weekend. Oh well...still going to see Incubus at Red Rocks on monday, so not all is lost.

Wierd, I've never heard of a dislo rib. Just a freak deal I guess. Do you stretch a lot? I've found that flexibiltiy is 10X as important as strenght, especially for play boatin'.
