I hate cars

Well, less than 48 hours after discovering some coksmoking fucktard had smashed my window, I got rearended by some geezer in a pickup truck. You see, people in PA apparently don't realize that you are supposed to stop at red lights. So As I stop at a red light, some asshole rear ends me with his F-150. Ass-monkey. So now I gotta deal with all the shit of having my car fucked up. I really wanted to do to that guys face with my club what he did to my car, but I managed to keep it cool.

I've been driving for 13 years now without any real problems. Now my car's been fucked up twice in one week.

I also know why NJ drivers suck now- So. Jersey is full of the retards who left Filthydelphia. The rest of those retards moved to where I live.

If he was rear ended he shouldn't have to pay a deductible for the repair as the other insurance company should pay for the repair. Unless the other person didn't have insurance.

I don't believe that is true shuss.

I got rear ended a month ago and finally had to get my insurance co to do the estimate, they ended up higher than the jackass insurance company. here is my advice, some on the board helped

- notify your insurance company
- if you can get a couple estimates from shops before seeing the adjuster
- have your ins. company come out and do the estimate
- look it over b4 he gives you the check
- your ins. company will play more in your favor

Here's what the way mrw explained it: Your ins. company will then try to collect from the bozo's insurance company that hit you. If they collect 100% of damages, they refund you 100% of your deductable. If they collect 70% they refund you 70 % etc.
If there is clear cut liability the other insurance co. will pay your ins. company on the basis of your company's estimate.
