now I know that opening dates are snow dependent but we're only 5 weeks from Alta's. That is all. I personally am pretty excited about it. Let's hope it gets cold and snowy in November.

It hit me real hard about two weeks ago as I was heading home from another day at the office. I decided that the beer fridge needed to be replenished as I drove by my house in the distance, on my way to Idaho. The house sits nicely on the bench with beautiful large mountains in the backgorund, and for a split second I saw them covered in white. My eyes were playing with me, but I liked it, I really,really liked it. THAT is when it hit me. BAMMMM, I'm ready to ride.

5 weeks? Is that anything like a lifetime? Not sure I can wait 5 weeks. I have been working up in Park City the last couple weeks and it is getting colder... Heres hoping I am in the backcountry in less than 5 weeks!
