Sweet deal if you're in the market for a new house or selling your current property in Colorado. Buy or list your house with me, and I'll pick up your pass for next season- either the CO Pass or the Copper/MJ one, your choice. If you've already got one, or both, or just want something else, we'll talk turkey. Only caveat I have is that the property in question goes over 150K.
