What to fish in the Palasades (Alpine, WY)?

So I started fly fishing last summer and absolutely love it and have gotten pretty decent at it, but it still doesn't give me the feeling of fishing off the cape (where I used to live). That being said I've been spending a lot of time on the Palasades in Alpine wake boarding and camping. I want to start spin fishing off the the boat but was a bit curious as what works down there around this time of year. I've had some luck with larger spoons, but any suggestions? Thanks.

The fish are DEEP. Although, there is enough water still that you might find some cruisers am and pm in 12-20 feet of h2o. Can't offer much advice on lures but I do know most lake fisherman are trolling spoons over reefs about as deep as you can get.

I'd leave the lake alone and take your fly rod to the Salt. It should be excellent now and there is plenty of access. McCoy Creek should be fishing as well if you wanna take a hike....
