Beta Needed - NE Utah & SW Wyoming

Taking off on a whim with my son and dog. Ultimate destination is Bear Lake by Friday night. Leaving tomorrow (Wednesday) heading out towards Vernal then North through Wyoming to Bear Lake.

I'm not too familiar with the fishing on the Green or places to camp. Fished below Fontanelle years ago, might head that way again. Or the North Slope of the Uintas, further East near Flaming Gorge??? South Slope?

Any help would be appreciated. Mainly just looking for a cool camp spot next to a river with some good or decent flyfishing. We have an off-road pop-up and 4x4 so primitive camping is preferred.
