Surfer gets arm chopped off by propeller

A 14 year old Bend kid got his arm cut off when a boat ran him over. Vibes to him and his family, the article says they're trying to reattach the arm.

Moments later, there was yelling.

"I heard someone scream 'oh my god!' and I started paddling toward him," Brewer said.

He saw two other surfers trying to get Ortega onto a board and onto shore. Then "Basically, everybody hit the beach."
