My 99 legacy needs some serious headlight adjustment; I can barely see at night as both high and low beams point to the ground. I'm having some trouble finding info on the adjustment screws however. Am I correct to assume that the two longer screws sticking out on the upper right and lower left (looking at the car) on each headlight are a vertical/horizontal adjustment? can anyone enlighten me before I start turning screws?
