super sweet tailgating moves...

So I'm going to some big ass tailgate thingy with my special lady friend this weekend. I like a good tailgate and have been know to pull a few hot moves out of my bag. One of my favorites is grabbing a couch from the dump and strapping it on the roof. Or bringing a rug and lamps and coffee tables and setting up an outdoor living room. Or a bloody mary bar.

I guess this thing we're going to is kinda stuffy (it's some horse race thing) so it isn't the bbq brats and kegs scene...like there are people who get their tailgate catered at this thing. How stupid is that. I figure we can own it.

In addition to a combo of the stuff above, I'm thinking of...

1. A ridiculous circus tent tarp setup if it rains.

2. Getting one of those adapter thingys and jamming an extension cord it there so we can have a microwave to nuke the munchies.

3. So sort of flexi-tube from the exhaust pipe up to the roof so we can leave the car in idle so the stereo and microwave and blender get juice and we won't asphixiate eveyone with the exhaust. Will this fuck the car up? I know they do it in fire stations, but they might have some sort of suction in there. I guess I could just suck the tailpipe all day...

Any input or killer tailgate moves/ideas would be apprecated...

Since this is a stuffy, snobby affair, (sort of like tailgating at University Of North Carolina- Chapel Hill), I suggest you go as white trash as possible. Horse racing? Get some inflateable horses, and pse them to make it look like they're humping each other. Perhaps fit one with a LS9K. Perhaps one of those ceramic lawn jockeys would be a nice addition as well. And just to fuck with people, be sure to put up a huge bedsheet banner that says "Got change for a nickel?"

Stuffy affair? Fukk the mint juleps, grab a lazy boy for sure if you are doing the furniture thing, put it up on blocks so when you recline it the persons head in the chair is about chest level to you. Turn it into an upside down margarita shotspot. Just a prelude to body shots with your "otha" and any other random chicks who roll by. Who knows some snotty, rich Kennedy relative hottie might want to slum it for awhile befire she simply drops trou and suggest a threesome in the car with you and your woman...

Other considerations-
-blender
-card table for playing a raucous game of asshole amidst the elite society crowd
-surround the place with Jenna Jameson bobble head dolls
-rent a large rotisserie and roast a pig
-crank Cypress Hill all afternoon
-Luv Ewes on top of the tent
-Have a bunch of horse keilbasa made on put up a sign advertising fresh stallion sausage on a stick for a buck (might attract those bad girls)

just a quick one on the DC/AC converter.

You'll need a pretty big one - like the kind that you clamp onto the battery to run a microwave. I tried using one of the plug-in deals for a power drill last year and it was a no-go. we ended up having to get the industrial strength one at ~$100.

got any culinary types handy?

Huge ice block vodka/martini luge is alwasy a winner
any chef given dimensions of the trunck & event type should be able to carve one up w/o too much trouble.
everybody likes em & cold straight liquor is always a plus.

-we have magnetic playing cards, so we can play asshole everywhere. even in zero gravity!!!!
-i think the blender and microwave are contingent on getting the battery thang nhtele speaks of. would they have that at home depot? think can i put a power strip on that and run a blender and a microwave?
-definitely getting some kilbasa and advertising it as stallion sausage suckers.

That's where I got mine. Now I'm no electrician, but I thing it's a current thing. You gotta see how much current the converter produces and then see how much your chosen appliances draw.
