I had an MSR fuel pump for the stove break on me and they were freaking awesome about it. They paid for shipping down there, gave me a new fuel pump, and shipped it back up here within a week. Also this stove is probably like 6-7 years old I would say, so I didn't think they would warranty it. But they did and now I have a working stove. Also when I called them the lady I talked to told me a joke on the phone (that is what I call customer service).
I called MSR when the cap on my Dromedary bag went missing after a backpacking trip and they shipped me out two new ones free, no questions asked. Top notch service.
Thirded that they are quick, and fair. I worked there for 8 years back in the day.
