Recovering gimp trip recs

So spring break is coming up here pretty soon, but I can't decide what I want to (or should) do. I had surgery on my meniscus on January 16th and have been working hard to strengthen it up since then. Saturday (2/23) I was able to ski groomers from 11:30-4:00 with only a little soreness getting out of my boots at the end of the day. I didn't get any swelling and was able to walk just as well after skiing as I could before.

So to get to the point....my break starts in two weeks and I can't decide whether I want to hang around Bozeman and ski as much as I can, or head down to Moab and do some biking. I feel like if I spend that much time skiing up here I'm taking a risk of overusing my knee or going insane sitting around watching everyone else ski. But I'm also not entirely sure if it wil be up for a week in Moab. Anyone been in this position before or have any advice?

Not sure if it's in the financial cards, but I'd try to get to a beach where it's warm, there are hot girls in bikinis who will be allured by your stories of carnage, and you can sit in the sand, swim, and drink mojitos and margaritas at 11 in the morning. Maybe roadtrip to San Diego? I don't know anything about meniscus repairs, but the risk/reward of going back too soon can look pretty bad, especially if you'd be risking it biking.
