Surf Exploration Vessel Partners/Investers

I've found a 66 ft. steel hull, former commercial fishing vessel for sale. It is in good condition and its priced right. The big expense will be the refit and conversion to a liveaboard surf exploration vessel. I'm looking for partners to go in on the refit and eventually launch this vessel and head for Nica, Costa Rica, and Panama. Boat will be used for surf/fish/dive/filming charters.
