Upsetting, but I give it very little chance of ever being built. Wyoming folks should still be writing letters in earnest though.

I don't think they could pass it off now. But yes. Letters are already in the process of being written. ;) assholes.

Can Wyoming folks write letters? oh I keep fergettin JH is in Wyoming.

Interesting we did an aerial survey bid recently for the drainage.

Hope they put it where there will be good dam release whitewater.

Dam release, w/o it we'd be SOL for whitewater for the summer, in the midatlantic

I don't think it would ever come around, but I won't just sit around with it. No way. Definitely be writing some letters and talking with some people.
