tail delam....fixable?
discovered recently that i have a ~1.5 inch tail delam on my new praxis. i don't have any experience with delams, and just wondering what the (probably quick) fix is. if i know a good shop would it be possible for them to drill a rivet? would that just expose the core etc, etc and make it worse. should i just epoxy it down? cut it out and lay down some epoxy? i just don't want to make it worse.

Buy some JB weld. Go to ace hardware or something and go to the glue/epoxy section. Mix some up on a paper plate or something, and put it into the seperation. Get some clamps and load it down. Get as many as possible over the area to clamp it down evenly. Let it cure for 24 hours. Rivets are probably not needed.
Be sure to have a paper towel/rag around to wipe up excess. Those topsheets are purrrddyy.

Also, apply some heat to the area (hair dryer/heat gun) when applying the epoxy. It'll be easier to get the epoxy into tight areas and it should set better.

also clean out any grime and make sure it's dry. maybe try roughing up the surfaces a bit with some sandpaper (and then cleaning out the dust)?
