dude, it sounds like you want to rage already...just be smart. in the past two days, i have seen no fewer than 6 natural slides with crowns from 30-60cm.

know the snow conditions, study your take-offs and LZs...and remember that there is alot of stuff buried that you don't know about.

just want you to be safe. it's a long season. sorry -- new to town + hucks + wanting to hit lines on cody + early season sets off some red lights in my head.

even though a zone i was in had 3' of untracked , velvety (i.e., amazing but not blower) snow in it, there were still spots where i was hitting rocks.

Better to tip toe your way through your first few months than end up like me.... Sitting on my parents couch waiting to "feel normal" again. (weird concussion that isn't going away)

Just take it easy, enjoy the season..I can't wait to get back.
