Recent pc hack/virus attacks rendered my pc useless, so I hard to wipe the drives. Had my Outlook files backed up, but they were saved as dbx files and I haven't been able to import them back into Outlook. Can't even open them. This sucks. Hints?

If I ask nicely, phunk will chime in with some degrading, redundant remark regarding my propensity for having this happen. Just when I think I almost have a handle on it, I find I don't know dopeshit about maintaining my system.
