can you reduce the 60 second minimum time between PM transmissions?
If you are selling something and have 10PMs you want to respond to with quick answers, it really sucks to wait 60 seconds between transmissions.
30 would be more reasonable and still defend against robots.
If I wait more than 60 seconds for a response, as a rule, the deal is off

why am I the only one bothered? Its not like i PM ever. But when I do, i get damned impatient.
I can search the entire database of posts multiple times per minute, but can't send a tweet size PM 59 seconds after the last?
Its not likely that this is bogging the server down.
Forgot all about this. We'll get this in front of the tech wizards for sure. Probably had its roots in fighting the spam you remember in those years.
At least the search function is worth using again!
