If you have a copy of the March issue of Freeze go to page 70 (I think). The image is a picture of a dude jumping a cornice and the location says Mammoth Mountain. Anyone have any idea where this is, looks sooooooooo nice....

I figured it was somewhere OB, looks real nice though. I don't think those tracks can be yours. Yours have a very distinctive bomb hole followed by a yard sale of equipment then head prints in the snow going downhill for about 40 ft.... :DQuote:

I'm guessing that is OB somewhere. I don't recognize the terrain as anything inbounds.
That could also be one of those little head chutes off of 9. You know, past the main head chutes, past that Wazoo chute that's only skiable sometimes (unless you're Bullet), just after where the trees start. Sometimes I'll be standing up there, scoping a line for about an hour or so, until, finally, someone comes along, and I can yell, "Watch me rip the shit out of this," and then drop in, make my Bullet-esque bomb hole, and spread my gear around so that every piece can have a little fresh of their own.
I'm sorry I forgot to mention the cheering from the whole moutain in the background and the fact that the yardsale was caused by a HUGE launch!!! Feeling better now :) Get that shoulder in shape...Quote:
