I have an unskied pair of MTN that I want to trade for alpinists for a pair of BMT94 that are already drilled for them. I have several brake sizes to choose from for the MTN. I don't need brakes for the alpinists....

bbear, I think you're totally correct. If you know how to drive, it'll be fine. Carry chains and be prepared to use them, or pull over and wait it out, you're in a camper....

I skied the se116 and fl113 primarily last season. I expect the zf116 to replace them both. I think the slight camber will smooth out chop a little better than the flat/reverse SE but maintain their maneuverability where the FL became cumbersome.

I have 2 pair of the black ones before the leg-end era, one is drilled at +1 due to a mismount. I’ll mount them up and see how it goes....

My pair of 184 OG LP is mounted at +5mm due to hole conflicts and they ski well, still require a forward stance to get me back in shape, but not too tip-divey in deeper snow.
I ski these exclusively as early season rock skis so they see their share of rope drops. I think they're better in pow...

edit. It appears that if you’re near a Canada Border Services Agency you can refuse to have UPS act as your broker and pay the customs fees yourself. It would require some leg work on the buyers end but in my case the terms are cost of goods...
