I’ve had some real garbage.

The heat pump dryer doesn’t bake your clothes or exhaust tons of conditioned air from your home, keeping the house warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer. It also utilizes a fraction of the energy of a traditional dryer.

OT but if you’re going to get a heat pump appliance, get a dryer. It’s a bit of an adjustment but I had to say our condensing/heat pump LG washtower is the best laundry appliance we’ve ever had one year in....

They really should have both boots to do the job properly. But yeah I’d say just show them what’s up and they’ll probably make an adjustment....

Lots of discussion about this issue in the mount your own fuckin skis thread. The technician should have taken these steps. Assuming that they used your boots to mount the skis, I’d ask them to fix it or refund the cost of the mount. If they didn’t have your boots then it’s not in them, IMO. This...
