Heal up VTF. Hope it wasn’t too bad. We made the decision to bail early Saturday because of the number of out of control skiers and close calls. Buddy even did a nice old man rant about the need for SB to yank some passes. Of course half the offenders are part of the ski program it seems. -
Great summary Dantheman. I think the key is find a breathing exercise that you can fit into your routine. I started with Buteyko but what I’ve settled into is really 3 different exercises each day within the Buteyko app. Morning is the “traditional” Buteyko of increasing breath holds. I tried pretty much everything he talked about in the book and what I ended up doing the most is Buteyko breathing. There is a lot of info online about it. After testing a lot of different systems I ended up doing some online classes that gave me access to an app that makes it easier for me to stay...Leave a comment:
