Yeah, a lab mixed up his prostate biopsy sample with someone else who had the same *first* name, he was incorrectly diagnosed with Stage 4 prostate cancer, and underwent an unnecessary radical prostatectomy. Elevated serum creatine is an overall indicator of poor health in the general population. It's not surprising that there's a correlation there. There are many studies that have actually measured changes in blood pressure with creatine supplementation and found no ill effects. Ah, gotcha. Not really a contraindication since they are pulling water into and out of different body compartments. Extra water in plasma (where diuretics act) raise blood pressure, extra water inside muscle does not.

This is a completely reasonable use case since turmeric is cheap and you're getting an immediate and clearly beneficial effect. There are lot of people out there spending a lot of money on things with far more nebulous benefits.

I'll try to get some video next week. A few weeks ago I did some conventional deadlifts after not doing regular deads for months. Pulled 365 for a triple, felt pretty good about that.
