Appreciate you Dan. Yes I’ve tried not to get cut for 2 years now. PT says get it fixed. 3 knee docs say let’s get you fixed up so you can resume your quality of life.

Will be weight bearing right out of surgery, 3 days of dressings, them home PT exercises to start until I go to PT...

I have seen 2 surgeons now and another in the morning.
I am set on surgery because I can't walk well, hike, bike and the such without immense pain with the catching.
But I will let them know in the am an bunch of internet guys say I am wasting my time.
Each surgeon I am seeing is...

I’ve been dealing with this pain for years. It’s gotten noticeably worse over the past year. It’s causing me to limp sometimes. It catches a dozen times a day. I could barely finish 9 holes when the plan was 18. I ski 2 runs and it’s screaming at me. I’m not able to hike. It’s hampering...

Dr. Shirley is from The Orthopedic Partners, same clinic.
They understand skiers/snowboarders. Cooley is there and he did my last slice, but he doesn't do TKRs.
Shirley seems to come well recommended also.
