Went for a ride this weekend next door in Henderson (just south of Vegas) rather than Boulder City. They've built up a really nice trail system there. It's more XC focused, but here are some fun trails (Trail Mix and Party Lap being standouts)....

i've been trying to get back into running over the past few months after (my second) meniscus surgery at the beginning of the summer. So far, it's been one of my better attempts at consistent running.

I still use my Launch Pros and like them, but I sometimes they rub/pinch the back of my knee and I can't totally figure out when/why. So I basically limit them to bike park days and if I'm climbing up fire roads where I could put them down around my ankles if they start to bother me....
